Before starting yoga therapy, you will have an initial consultation with me. During this session, I will gather information about your health history, current concerns, and desired outcomes. Based on this, I will create a personalized yoga therapy plan tailored to your specific needs and goals, taking into account:

I will guide you through exercises tailored to enhance your physical function, alleviate pain, and support your overall well-being. The session may be conducted while seated in a chair, standing with the chair for support, or a combination of both, based on your specific needs and abilities.​ Throughout the session, I will also lead you through breathing exercises designed to reduce stress and manage pain. The session will typically end with a relaxation practice to help you achieve mental and physical calm.

How often should I do yoga therapy?
The frequency and duration of yoga therapy sessions will be determined in collaboration with me and healthcare provider. The number of sessions and their length will depend on your goals, lifestyle, and the specific health issues you're addressing. Includes six individual sessions over six months.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom for your convenience, so you can access the therapy from anywhere.

If you are located in Vienna, I am currently accepting new clients for in-person sessions at your home, in hospitals, or in hospice.
